Our History
Livewire Media, Inc. incorporated in 2004 as a Utah corporation. Originally, the Company launched as UtahsBest.com and began selling gift cards and gift certificates online. The Company reported 1291% growth in 2005, 198% growth in 2006, and 319% growth year-to-date in 2007 inclusive of CSA licensing revenue. This face-paced growth has proven the business model and fueled the opportunity for national growth. In January of 2006, the Company repositioned itself as CityDeals.com to allow for national expansion.During the next 12 months, the Company built a solid foundation from which to launch and continued to increase sales in the Utah market. 2006 accomplishments include:
